THE MANHATTAN PLAN

THE MANHATTAN PLAN

Greetings, to the citizens of the united states of America. I, Albert LeRoy Jones, a fellow citizen along with you, bring forth exciting new ideas rooted in old wisdom to do my part in helping to "Make America Great Again." These ideas rooted in wisdom are part of a collective which I have given the name "The Manhattan Plan." This is a plan to not only get to the root of America's most deep rooted problems but also to help make America a Great place to live even more so than ever. One of the deepest roots to many of America's problems is the crisis known as "Urban Sprawl." The crisis of urban sprawl was primarily brought about during the post World War 2 era mostly due to the automobile manufacturing boom. Urban Sprawl has led to the over expansion of our Metropolitan areas with the over-stretching of our infrastructure and resources. The way over half a century long crisis of Urban Sprawl has led to the demise of many of our urban areas causing many of the problems that we have faced in our American cities for a very long time. Crime, poverty, poor education, a lack of natural resources as basic as clean drinking water can all be attributed to Urban Sprawl. America's dependency on foreign oil is also a big issue which is inflated by Urban Sprawl. In order for We the people of the united states of America to make our country Great Again we must address this most deep rooted issue of our society and bring to an end the long suffering crisis of Urban Sprawl. Just as the automobile manufacturing boom was the major contributor to the urban sprawl crisis we must recognize this by learning to redesign our cities to be habitats for humanity rather than for machines. The fact of the matter is that many of our nation's oldest cities were originally built with the old wisdom that designed our urban areas primarily with people in mind. In the 1800s when many of America's great cities were being developed our urban infrastructure was built around a livable Human habitat. Great American cities such as Manhattan, New York began development on its famous subway train system in the 1800s. Many American cities developed public transportation systems in the early 20th century before the automobile manufacturing boom. Public transportation consisted of trains and trolley lines which still to this day prove to be viable, practical and very suitable for urban city life. Before the automobile manufacturing boom many of our great cities in America were designed and built more suitable for pedestrians with better accessibility and human interaction. This old wisdom on how to build a city is what made America Great. We the people of the united states of America must return to this old wisdom in order to make America Great Again. Urban Sprawl must be stopped! Our infrastructure must be redesigned with the human pedestrian in mind first & foremost. As valued as the automobile deceptively may be it has been the main contributor to Urban Sprawl, Our nation's dependency on foreign oil and the over-stretching of our resources, especially water. We must reverse Urban Sprawl and bring the people of our great American cities back into the urban communities. All cities within the united states of America should be practical for living. They must be designed and built for human-beings, not automobiles. Originally, many American cities were built on a grid system which is proper city planning. Great cities such as New York city and Chicago were built by design on a grid system as they were planned in the 1800s and early 20th century. These grids that were used in designing and building our Great cities are practical and planned for pedestrian living, not automobiles. Once again it is that old wisdom for planning and developing our urban areas which made America Great in the first place. America must return to these old wise ways in order to make our country Great Again.

A Habitat for Humanity

As we the people of the united states of America look forward to Our new Executive leadership with President elect Donald J. Trump we must embrace the Future with optimism and opportunity. By The Grace of GOD, Jesus Christ we are Blessed as a nation and people. Donald J. Trump is the right man to be Our President at this most opportune time to see "The Manhattan Plan" come to fruition and be successfully accomplished. Our Great Country shall be Blessed by this opportunity to Make America Great Again in more ways than one. The Manhattan Plan shall not only improve our way of life but also it can create economic prosperity. By developing more suitable Habitats for Humanity and Pedestrian Living we will have more opportunities for job creation. This could also bring forth the forming of new businesses and more support for are current domestic industries. Automobile manufacturers can also play an important role in developing more suitable habitats for humanity. Auto-makers would help to re-think the way transportation models are designed and produced for urban areas/living opposed to rural areas/living. More compact easy storage vehicles could be developed for Neighborhood life and easy living. This could also lead to the development of European style "old country" communities with pedestrian friendly cobble stone streets that would be cherished by many citizens of American cities as a desirable change from the much loathed oppression of pot-hole infested black asphalt roads. With major public transportation such as train systems and trolley lines for urban metropolitan travel all of our transportation needs can be met for every great American city. Other innovations such as High Speed Rail could be developed for long distance travel to better connect many of our metropolitan areas throughout the united states of America. There are so many great ideas and many great opportunities all as part of this great collective known as The Manhattan Plan which would give We the people of the united states of America and Our Chief Executive Officer, President Donald J. Trump the vast capability to produce prosperity and use our creativity to form a better life, a better way of living by Making America Great Again.

A Healthy Habitat

If anyone questions the agenda of The Manhattan Plan and whether it is too ambitious of a project then surely that person must fail to realize that The Manhattan Plan is not just an ambitious project to undergo in an allotted amount of time. On the contrary, The Manhattan Plan is a change in ordinance for the way our urban infrastructure is planned & developed throughout the united states of America. It should become mandatory that all American cities are built with the Human Pedestrian in mind first & foremost. This should become a lasting ordinance to build "A Healthy Habitat" for all Americans throughout the years for generations to come. I have seen reports from the European "old country" where people in specific communities live very long lifespans on average. This is mostly due to the fact that their surroundings were planned & developed as a healthy habitat for Humanity first & foremost with the lack of an automobile dominated infrastructure and lifestyle. In many European cities they have already adapted to smaller more compact automobiles which move along well on the traditional cobble stone roads with a lack of toxic black tar asphalt over stricken with pot-hole disease. Communities that have easy accessibility for walking Pedestrians to markets and local businesses always prove to be vital for healthy living. It encourages the citizens of urban communities to use their own two feet for transportation purposes more often rather than not ever. That is what helps to benefit the health and prolong the lifespan of many people whom live in such communities where the Human Pedestrian is the main focus of there surrounding infrastructure. The Manhattan Plan is a collective to insure that all planning & development of urban infrastructure in the united states of America will Always keep the Human Pedestrian on the forefront of any innovations or renovations to are living communities/cities. It shall also do our urban communities/cities well to deal with less automobile toxic exhaust and worry over the disposal of toxic automobile waste such as old tires, batteries and the leakage plus drainage of toxic automobile fluids. Reversing and bringing to an end the urban sprawl epidemic/crisis is vital to creating A Healthy Habitat for both our urban and rural communities in the entire united states of America. The health and lifespan of all Americans for generations to come is not too ambitious or expensive for We the people of the united states of America to invest in. In fact, our very lives depend on A Healthy Habitat.

"SPACE INVASION"

The Manhattan Plan is about developing & building the most practical livable habitat for humanity creating cities with communities designed for pedestrians first & foremost instead of automobile machines. When developing pedestrian based cities & neighborhoods the utilization of space is very important. The landscape of our cities should be designed for easy living, accessibility and travel for pedestrians. There needs to be a lasting ordinance for cities throughout the united states of America to ensure that land & space within our urban areas is best utilized to the most precise degree. To build a more livable & accessible habitat for humanity we must make sure that land & space is not wasted on automobile machines. An ordinance must be enforced in cities throughout America that will ban all parking lots for automobile machines. In the Manhattan Plan, the focus is to create a more pedestrian friendly environment in our urban areas. Pedestrians should have easy access to public places, local businesses and residencies within their communities & neighborhoods. The front entrance to all places in our local communities should be one step away from the side-walking area, providing pedestrians with easy access. No one should have to walk through parking lots developed for automobile machines to reach their desired destination. Parking garages would be more practical for automobile storage as long as they are designed to fit within the city plan to develop a livable easy accessible habitat for humanity. The Manhattan Plan does not allow the space invasion of automobile machines to rule & dictate the way that we live & build our communities. We must pass the ordinance throughout the country that limits the power & control of the automobile machine to manipulate our infrastructure and way of life. The American people must make sure to enforce this ordinance that counters automobile invasion of space for generations to come.

"SUPER Markets"

As the Manhattan plan is brought into fruition we shall start to see exciting changes take place in our great American cities and throughout the countryside. The Manhattan Plan will transform cities into prosperity hubs with the creation of urban Super Markets across the united states of America. By reversing urban sprawl, cities will prosper economically, culturally, socially and intellectually. Not only will metropolitan residents return to the inner city but also businesses, jobs and commercial real estate. These changes shall redevelop cities to become super markets for business & commerce, culture & education, health care & social services, sports & leisure, entertainment & arts and many more opportunities for prosperity. With a modernized high-tech public transportation system consisting of trains & trolleys; many people will be able to live, work, shop and do everything within the city limits without the need of an automobile. America would be able to break its dependency on foreign oil by ending the dictatorship of the automobile machine over our lives. City streets will overflow with pedestrians causing an economic orgasm for local businesses & neighborhood markets. Industries & Corporations would take advantage of talent & resources gathered together within these prosperity hubs known as American cities. New businesses will form such as shopping delivery services for large items & large amounts of merchandise purchased for consumers living free from the tyranny of expensive foreign fuel powered automobile machines. Retail, restaurant & entertainment venues will see a boost in sales & profits as consumers will have more money to spend without the expenditure of car note payments, auto insurance, expensive fuel, car maintenance and auto repairs. Emancipation from the automobile machine would also lead to fewer car accidents & drunk driving incidents. Fewer automobiles & less car traffic could also lead to more police officers patrolling city streets & neighborhoods by foot and/or bicycles. Police officers being in closer proximity having closer contact with pedestrians would detour crime and make our neighborhoods safer. Exciting changes are not only reserved for the inner city. The Manhattan Plan will reconvert the near suburbs into farmland & ranches for livestock in certain areas boosting America's agriculture production while providing fresh produce, meats and dairy products for urban areas. This would also help to make America Great again with food/agriculture exports. The distant suburbs can become more rural with wooded areas providing natural habitats for American wildlife and creating state & national parks. All in all, the Manhattan plan benefits every landscape, making America great in so many ways. It's so exciting just thinking about all of the possibilities that The Manhattan Plan shall bring about to develop our cities into urban "Super Markets" and transform the suburbs into agricultural promise lands & wonders of nature.

Reverse the Curse

Extraordinary exciting times are forming for the future of the united states of America. This collective of ideas & wisdom known as the Manhattan Plan shall make America greater than ever soaring to new heights in human habitation. Urban sprawl shall not only be reversed but destroyed annihilated from our society and American habitats for humanity. Such dramatic language is used to express the urgency to end the urban sprawl crisis and truly make America great again. Our urban cities in America shall grow & prosper to great heights both literally and figuratively. The suburban areas in the united states of America shall be transformed to truly support our urban areas rather than coexist as contenders to city life. Stopping the expansion of suburbs & new subdivisions will also defend & preserve our rural areas throughout America. Ending the urban sprawl pandemic will bring to an halt the unnecessary, expensive and unwise over expansion of our American infrastructure. We must stop the over expansion of our metropolitan areas to prevent water shortages & droughts. Suburbs & new subdivisions use large amounts of city water for irrigation, feeding vegetation, landscaping, cleaning and other wasteful rituals & practises. Expensive impractical building of pipelines & other infrastructure to provide power supplies such as oil, natural gas and electricity to suburbs & new subdivisions must be cut off & stopped! Waste management, sanitary services and sewage systems for suburbs & new subdivisions is a big waste of money & resources. It is also a waste of time & money providing safety & emergency services for suburbs & subdivisions being built further & further from American cities & urban areas. More & more taxes are being raised and tax dollars wasted on this elitist, selfish, prejudice, impractical, wasteful, greedy, arrogant way of living known as urban sprawl. Citizens in our urban cities pay taxes that support the wealthy living in the suburbs & unincorporated subdivisions in counties throughout the united states of America. The cities & their citizens are being burglarized, ROBBED, RAPED and looted by urban sprawl in more ways than one. American cities are becoming wastelands while their suburbs & the new subdivision developments are Flourishing & Prospering off of the financial & economical advantages of being located adjacent to urban areas. Also, rural areas, ranches and farms are being devoured & swallowed up by urban sprawl & the over expansion of metropolitan areas. America has become the Wild Wild West of planning & development with no rules or morals to restrict the selfishness, greed and hatefulness that encourages urban sprawl!

Moving On Up!

As America begins to "Reverse the Curse" of Urban Sprawl we shall witness prosperity overtake metropolitan areas throughout the united states of America by Upward Mobility. American citizens will then see the evidence of the Manhattan Plan taking place as all the necessary changes are made to bring forth these Super Cities across the Country. Changes such as an ordinance to ban parking lots for automobiles throughout America shall bring retail, commercial & industrial real estate back into the urban areas. We will bring to an halt the development of suburban residential subdivisions, retail super stores, shopping centers, outlet malls, strip malls, outdoor malls and mega indoor malls all with massive parking lots for automobile machines. All of this residential, commercial and retail real estate will be brought back into our inner cities with the creation & development of Chicago sky scraper & Manhattan style vertical retail outlets & mega malls. Beautiful architecturally designed buildings with built in parking garages, train & trolley terminals, police precincts, fire stations, office space for businesses & commercial real estate, residential living space, hotel accommodations, grocery & retail stores, vertical shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment venues and more developed as Cities within a city. For an example, in Chicago, Illinois, the space that is now utilized for the old "Evergreen Plaza" shopping mall with its massive parking lot for automobile machines can be redeveloped into the "Evergreen Tower" vertical shopping mall. It would basically take the old shopping mall & its parking lot and place them inside a new Sky Scraper in the Evergreen Park area of Chicago, Illinois. Transformations like this can take place all across the united states of America. The cities of our great nation will began to grow upward instead of outward bringing to an end the urban sprawl conflict. This will save our rural areas, ranches & farm lands and keep our natural & energy resources centralized within the inner city without the unnecessary expansion of infrastructure into suburban areas with the wasteful use of our resources & land space. Then America truly shall be made great again utilizing wisdom whose origins is of old. GOD Bless America, through the Manhattan Plan, Amen!

                     The City

As I continue to add to the collective of ideas known as the Manhattan Plan, the future of our great cities and urban areas is getting more interesting and looking even more optimistic for making America Great Again. I definitely want to continue with the agenda of reversing urban sprawl. We need to bring prosperity and life back into our inner cities. Enforcing an ordinance throughout the united states of America that would ban parking lots for automobile machines is also a top priority. People, do not be confused. For the Manhattan Plan is NOT the green new deal. There is No objective to ban automobiles or cows or airplanes in the Manhattan Plan. We only want to make sure that the design and building of the infrastructure for our living habitats is not dictated by the automobile machine. The Manhattan Plan has always been about creating a better habitat for humanity influenced and designed primarily around the human pedestrian. It has never been about the political agenda of climate change or the global warming hoax. And the Manhattan Plan is definitely NOT an illuminati new world order agenda. A big difference between the Manhattan Plan and those other agendas is that the other agendas are based on fear & control by trying to make you & I afraid. They want to use that fear to control every aspect of our lives.
The Manhattan Plan is still about getting to the root of some of our most deep rooted problems in our communities to liberate we the people from improper planning & development to make our every day lives easier and more comfortable/convenient so that we may live in more peace, harmony and prosperity. Let it be known that the Manhattan Plan is an advocate of conservative values such as free enterprise and the right to private ownership of property. I am not a fan or supporter of laws such as eminent domain that may take away the rights of home owners and the owners of private property. The Manhattan Plan is such a supporter of free enterprise that a new idea which I desire to add to the collective gives home-owners and owners of private property just that, an opportunity to capitalize on their investment. I propose an idea to our great cities as part of the Manhattan Plan to allow for the removal of any restrictions of selling real estate in residential areas for commercial real estate development. Due to the epidemic of urban sprawl in our cities over the decades of time, many of our urban areas have become depleted & desolate wastelands of the sort. Many areas of our great cities have been under developed for years. Because these areas typically tend to be low income parts of the inner city with low property values/worth, it is often hard to transform these neighborhoods in a prosperous way without using any socialist tactics such as eminent domain. But local governments can help change this situation and these low property value areas of our great cities by lifting/removing the zoning restrictions placed on residential areas and allowing for commercial real estate developers to legally & fairly purchase property from home owners and owners of private property in low income neighborhoods. This could give property owners in low income parts of the city an opportunity to make a profit and be relieved from the burden of property tax on residential real-estate that is in bad condition and unable to sell to prospective home buyers. Many houses in areas of low property value in our great cities have been foreclosed or condemned due to illegal/criminal activity. This idea gives us an opportunity to transform all such communities and help bring about the reversal of urban sprawl. Foreclosed and/or condemned homes can be sold, demolished and replaced with local grocery stores, retail outlets, restaurants, office space, hotels and different forms of commercial real estate. Allowing home owners to sell their property in residential areas on residential streets, blocks, roads and avenues to commercial real estate investors & developers would give them an opportunity to afford a better home for themselves. The design of these commercial real-estate developments in residential areas could also include living spaces/apartments/homes above the business establishments that are built where old houses have been demolished. This is just another great idea to add to the collective of the Manhattan Plan and help make our cities Great Again. GOD Bless America! In JESUS CHRIST Name! Amen.

              THE SUBURBS

Thursday, February 11th, 2021.

As we move forward with the core focus of the Manhattan Plan to reverse urban sprawl and revitalize the inner city we must understand that in order to do so we must De-Urbanize suburban America. The suburbs of our great American metropolitan areas should become more rural and all business & commerce should return to the inner city. Commercial real-estate in suburban areas should be vacated to make way for farm-land and more wooded areas surrounding suburban communities. Bringing all business & commerce into the inner city shall drive the reversal of urban sprawl. For all commercial real-estate to be designated for inner city urban communities, our great American cities would truly become "Super Markets" of business & commerce and much more for economic prosperity. Suburban life would become totally rural with serenity, peace and quiet. All transfer of money, cash and trade for all things would be done in our great American inner city urban areas that will cause an economic explosion and burst forth out of the financial lock-down brought about by the Communist China 2019 viral pandemic. The Manhattan Plan shall Truly make America Great Again despite opposition and threats against our Society & Liberty from powers that shouldn't be such as The Fake News Media (The PBS News-Hour, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News & MSNBC, CNN, etc.), The Conspiracy, The New World Order, The Illuminati, Evelyn Rothschild and The Communist Chinese Government, Socialist Democrats, The Green New Deal, The Iran Nuclear Deal, The Paris Climate Change Accord, The Council On Foreign Relations, The United Nations, The Trilateral Commission and The Un-American Federal Reserve Banking Cartel (The Unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act which was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson in December of 1913 while most of the united states congress were on Christ-Mass vacation). In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name, We the people of the united states of America shall make Our Country/Nation great again through the Manhattan Plan! Amen.

[Opposition & Threats to Our Society & Liberty also include "Powers That Shouldn't Be" such as The Climate Change Hoax, The Outer-Space/Alien Deception, The Globe Earth Lie, The Anti-Christ Agenda, Mystery Babylon (Freemasonry), The Black Lives Matter Movement Psy-Op, The Gun Control Psy-Op, All Other Psy-Ops (Psychological Operations) and The Rebellion Against GOD ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST led by Satan/Lucifer Himself.]

                     Taxes

Tuesday, February 16th, 2021.

When it comes to the Manhattan Plan sometimes our biggest problems are gateways to great solutions. Of course, taxes play a major role in the way municipalities are governed. Some may see this fact of reality as a detriment to revitalizing the inner city urban communities and reversing urban sprawl but it could actually lead to some very innovative solutions to bringing about every aspect of the Manhattan Plan including reversing urban sprawl. The fact of the matter is that suburbs do compete with their adjacent cities by way of taxes on residents & businesses which also contributes to urban sprawl. This ultimately leads to suburbs becoming more urban themselves by taking not only residents but also businesses & jobs away from the inner city communities and leaving them nearly if not completely desolate. So instead of suburbs existing & living in a complimentary way to the adjacent city as their metropolitan neighbor, suburbs act as competitors to the inner city appearing to intentionally/deliberately ruin the city as if they are mortal enemies. Big cities often find it hard to compete with suburban municipalities that seem to be geared towards destroying them out of spite/malice. Yes taxes are a major way that these municipalities whom are metropolitan neighbors compete with one another over business & revenue. Some businesses and residents leave the city for lesser/cheaper taxes in the suburbs.
This issue of taxes seems to be a big problem that contributes to urban sprawl. But maybe due to this problem & major contributor to urban sprawl we can find a solution that would bring to fruition every aspect of the Manhattan Plan including reversing urban sprawl. It would be a major idea for governments to consider a deal that would offer businesses tax breaks in exchange for taking on responsibilities that are usually financed by tax revenue. If federal, state and local municipal legislatures would allow for privately owned businesses to escape the expenditure of property taxes in exchange for the responsibility of the upkeep of roads/streets/avenues/boulevards/etc. adjacent to their physical location which would also include infrastructure such as sidewalks, street lights and public transportation, the Manhattan Plan could be all that we dream and much more.
To get an understanding of this solution and how this idea could play out in further detail, lets look to some examples of how private businesses/corporations could implement these responsibilities. Lets use as an example a corporation like Macy's (the department store chain) and lets use the Macy's store located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois for this example. What if the controlling government gave the Macy's corporation a tax break for its Michigan Avenue store in Chicago, Illinois which means that the Macy's store would not have to pay any property taxes if the Macy's corporation agreed to take on the responsibility for the section of Michigan Avenue and its surrounding infrastructure located in front of the Macy's store. This would not only include the paving of the road but also the sidewalks and the street lights in front of the building. It would also give Macy's ownership of this infrastructure to design it, pave it and construct it however they choose/desire. If Macy's decided to change the pavement of Michigan Avenue in front of their store from black asphalt to a brick road with the Macy's logo & colors painted on the brick surface, they could do so. The Macy's store could also widen the side-walking area in front of their store for more human pedestrian traffic rather than car traffic driving by too fast to do any window shopping. Macy's could install their own custom designed street lights in front of their store maybe also in their company's colors. They could have custom bulbs in their street lights that would enhance their store appearance/image and better expose it.
Another company/corporation that we could use as an example is McDonalds. With the same deal being given to the multi-level McDonald's store in downtown Chicago they could also customize the infrastructure in front of their store. They could even install speed bumps in the pavement of the street in front of their store to slow down car traffic. With wider sidewalks they could install life size statues of McDonald's characters waving at both human pedestrian and car traffic as they approach the McDonald's store in Downtown Chicago.
These are just examples of how private businesses could take advantage of this deal with government legislatures. This is something that could be done anywhere in the inner city, not only in the downtown area. The deal between governments and private businesses could be done in any city in the entire united states of America. This deal could also lead to private business investment & partial ownership of public transportation in cities across America. Private Businesses could have custom bus stops, trolley stops or train stops in front of their stores with bus routes, trolley or train lines that run along the sidewalks (not in the middle of the street) in front of their businesses.
When considering these ideas you must keep in mind the objectives and the collective of ideas that have already been stated concerning the Manhattan Plan. If you go back and read sections of the Manhattan Plan such as A Habitat for Humanity, A Healthy Habitat, "Space Invasion," "SUPER Markets," Reverse the Curse, Moving On Up, The City and THE SUBURBS you will see that this idea does not deviate from any of those previous installments, instead it helps to bring them all together. We must reverse urban sprawl, build our living habitats around the human pedestrian first & foremost and not the automobile machine, ban all parking lots for automobile machines and bring businesses up to the side-walking areas for human pedestrian easy access and the possibility of replacing pot-hole stricken black asphalt streets with other materials such as cobble stone streets or/and brick roads.
Giving Private Businesses this responsibility and ownership of infrastructure could help all aspects of the Manhattan Plan come to fruition more rapidly. This gives the people the ability to help make their own communities great again instead of just waiting for government to control everything. The American people must never forget that we live in a Free Enterprise Society, not a Socialist Regime! The legislatures work for us, not the other way around. We the people of the united states of America voted them into their government positions and We Can Vote them OUT if they don't help to create a Better Habitat for Humanity and stop worrying about the Damn Climate (It's supposed to change, that's why GOD Created different seasons)!  In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name. Amen!

              Reshaping the City

Saturday, March 6th, 2021.

As we now begin to move into a more advanced phase and understanding of the Manhattan Plan we shall see our world transform in such an amazing way reshaping our habitat for humanity (for the human pedestrian rather than the automobile machine). In my previous installments of the Manhattan Plan I talked about governing officials allowing real-estate developers to purchase property in residential neighborhoods to redevelope for commercial real-estate use. I have also talked about private companies taking over the responsibility for the infrastructure surrounding their local businesses in order to be relieved from paying property tax for their real-estate. With these government decisions and the ordinance to ban all parking lots for automobile machines we can begin transforming our cities into better habitats for humanity. One of the great innovations utilized in designing some of our great American cities such as New York City and Chicago, Illinois is the grid design for the layout of the city infrastructure plan. The grid system is the most practical and suitable design for the infrastructure of our cities. It is the best design system for creating a living habitat around the human pedestrian. A city designed and developed on a grid system layout is more walkable and easier to travel by foot for neighborhood life. As real-estate developers purchase property in residential neighborhoods for commercial real-estate use while also owning & renovating the infrastructure surrounding their property (such as roads, streets, avenues and boulevards) they can redesign neighborhoods using the grid system layout to give pedestrians easier access to their local businesses. Private companies that buy & own property within residential neighborhoods and that own the surrounding infrastructure will be able to design their own villages around their businesses in urban city communities. Companies such as Macy's, McDonalds, Walmart, etc. would be able to redesign neighborhoods around their local businesses utilizing the grid layout design. You could have a Macy's Village or a Walmart Village in the middle of a residential neighborhood with streets/roads custom designed by each company with their own custom designed sidewalks and street lights. Private companies can make the area around their local businesses look like downtown or midtown Manhattan or like a Sesame Street replica of Manhattan, New York City. Other styles of architecture & infrastructure design can be developed on a grid system layout such as a replica of the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana to be adapted for neighborhood villages surrounding local businesses owned by private companies. This could lead to a bright future for American cities where as eventually all urban infrastructure would be owned and paid for by private companies rather than public funding gathered by the government through taxes. America would totally be a free-enterprise and become great again! And our neighborhoods would become more practical, livable habitats for humanity rather than automobile machines. We can see all of our great American cities transformed into big outdoor shopping malls designed around the human pedestrian with no parking lots for automobile machines and no food deserts, pharmaceutical deserts or retail deserts of any kind in any community/neighborhood. There will no longer be a such thing as a poor neighborhood. For the Manhattan Plan will make every/all neighborhoods in every city rich neighborhoods through Free-Enterprise. In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name! Amen.

                     Build-A-Lot
[From Parking Lots to Prosperity]

Monday, April 5th, 2021.

The Manhattan Plan is so exciting, it will make you want to slap somebody. This latest addition to the collective of ideas will make you put your pants on backwards and jump jump (like Kriss Kross). As cities across the united states of America pass & enforce the ordinance to ban all parking lots for automobile machines, we can then begin to move forward with new developments that will launch our communities into a new era of prosperity. Parking lots would be transformed into new real-estate developments. To give an idea of how this could be done, I will use as an example the parking lot for the Hickory Ridge Mall in Memphis, Tennessee which is rarely & scarcely used these days (at the present time). First of all, if the plan is to keep the mall itself (and not demolish it) then we can build around it. We should start by expanding the sidewalk surrounding the parking lot of Hickory Ridge Mall along Winchester Road, Ridgeway Road and all around the area. The sidewalks will be expanded in the direction of the mall itself. This would widen the sidewalks up to twice its current width. Then directly along the sidewalk you can build new buildings on top of the old parking lot area. One possible option for the type of buildings you could build are brick or stone apartment buildings with two or three floors of apartments (multiple apartments on each floor) with store front businesses at the ground level of the buildings. Behind the apartment buildings a street can be built on top of the old parking lot that runs from the west end of Hickory Ridge Mall all the way to the east-side ending at Ridgeway Road. This street could be a brick road like Beale Street in downtown Memphis, Tennessee or cobble stone (European style). After that you can build another row of apartment buildings in the same fashion that face the Hickory Ridge Mall. There would also be a street that runs from east to west in between the front of the mall and the front of the apartment buildings. Manhattan style Brownstone townhomes could be built on the west-side of Hickory Ridge Mall. These buildings can be two or three floor zero-lot homes facing the mall itself with a brick or cobble stone road running in between the mall and the Brownstones. Similar developments could be constructed on all sides of Hickory Ridge Mall, completely building on top of all the former parking lot. When all of the land that was formerly used as a parking lot for automobile machines is totally redeveloped then you will have a brand new neighborhood that could be called "Hickory Ridge Village." This is like the idea in my previous installment of the Manhattan Plan entitled, "Reshaping the City," where I wrote about having a Walmart Village or a Macy's Village. The Hickory Ridge Village in Memphis, Tennessee would be developed in a reverse order from the previous idea since the mall is already there, we would just build around it. But that is only one example of how parking lots can be redeveloped in urban areas. These same redevelopments can take place all over the city and in every city throughout the united states of America. Just by passing an ordinance to ban all parking lots for automobile machines you can spark new real-estate development, create new jobs, reverse urban sprawl, create new thriving communities and economic prosperity throughout our inner cities/urban areas across all of the united states of America. As stated before, we can use the Manhattan Plan to get rid of what is currently called food deserts, pharmacy deserts and healthcare deserts. We could also create new city parks and recreational centers. Banning parking lots for automobiles will put the human pedestrian in the forefront of all planning & development and create a better richer habitat for humanity. In Jesus Christ Mighty Name. Amen.

                     Transformation

Saturday, May 29th, 2021.

Now that we see how the idea of building on top of parking lots can create great prosperity for our American cities, it is time to transform over expanded metropolitan areas into Mega cities and small cities into Big cities. The Manhattan Plan can do just that for all cities throughout the united states of America, transform them into their own version of the big city of Manhattan, New York City. In this section of the collective known as the Manhattan Plan, I would again like to use the city of Memphis, TN as an example of how a small mediocre city can be transformed into a big prosperous city. For all those whom are not familiar with the layout of the city of Memphis, TN, I suggest that you use a map of the city or better yet an online service such as Google Maps to get a zoom in close view of the area. Now I will show you how starting in one section of the city of Memphis, TN, can transform it into a big city like Manhattan, NY. Really, it is just taking the information that has already been stated in the Manhattan Plan and applying it in the city of Memphis, TN or any city in America. The section of the city of Memphis that I will start with is Winchester Road (and you can look this up on Google Maps). If you travel Winchester Road from Hacks Cross Road to Third Street and implement the ideas of the Manhattan Plan then you will see a Big City begin to appear before your very eyes.
First of all, this big city will need to be supported by Public Transportation. As stated in the Manhattan Plan, train systems such as Light Rail would be a very suitable & practical form of public transportation for this Big City transformation. Once the Light Rail train system is made a part of the plan then you can plan other developments to transform Memphis, TN into a Big City. Since automobiles are not allowed to park along the street on Winchester Road then Light Rail train lines can run on the right-hand lane (right side) of Winchester Road next to the sidewalk. Streets within the city of Memphis, TN where automobiles do park on the street next to the sidewalk, the train lines must run down the middle of the street in the left hand turning lanes for automobiles. The train line would run alongside the sidewalks on Winchester Road in both directions, east & west, from Hacks Cross Road to Third Street and vice-versa. The Light Rail system can also be implemented to run on Third Street from Winchester Road to the Pinch District on the North End of Downtown Memphis, TN. From Third Street, the train system could travel up & down Poplar Avenue all the way to Germantown Road (back & forth, eastward & westward). The Light Rail Train Line can also travel from Third Street through North Parkway/Summer Avenue all the way to Sycamore View Road (eastward & westward, back & forth).
So lets continue with the transformation of Winchester Road now that the public transportation plan is set. Just as I stated before in the segment of the Manhattan Plan entitled, "Build-A-Lot [From Parking Lots to Prosperity]," we shall travel the entire length of Winchester Road from Hacks Cross Road to Third Street and every parking lot in sight shall be built on top of (redeveloped). It would be very important for the proper authorities to pass an ordinance that bans all parking lots for automobiles. We shall then build structures on top of parking lots such as other stores & businesses, store front apartment buildings and even sky scrapers such as Clark Tower like you have on Poplar Avenue. Once we start building on top of parking lots all over Winchester Road from Hacks Cross Road all the way to Third Street, the entire street will be aligned with Big City commercial real estate on the ground level and residential living space above on higher levels. Then the people of Memphis, TN will truly be "Moving On Up," like The Jefferson's! The one thing that we don't want to see other than parking lots for automobile machines is residential living space & houses on the ground level facing busy main streets like Winchester Road, for that would be tacky & country and not how a Big City is supposed to look or be developed. Not even the backyards of houses should run along busy main streets like Winchester Road. And once we completely build up Winchester Road then we could do the same thing to other streets in Memphis, TN such as Third Street and Poplar Avenue and North Parkway/Summer Avenue. When those areas are fully developed & transformed the rest of the city of Memphis, TN can also transform into a big city like Manhattan, New York City. As a matter of fact, with all of this planning & development, the city of Memphis, TN can surpass the borough of Manhattan, NY. Now you can better understand what the Manhattan Plan is truly capable of and how it can transform all of the united states of America and even reverse the long standing curse of urban sprawl. GOD Bless America, through the Manhattan Plan! Amen.

And if anyone asks, "What about the strip malls with their small parking lots?" Yes, we can build store front apartment buildings on top of the strip malls and their small parking lots also. The businesses in the strip malls can then occupy the business space on the ground level of the store front apartment buildings that run directly along the sidewalks like in a Big City, not like a small country town.

Friday, June 11th, 2021.

In addition to the streets in Memphis, TN that have already been mentioned, the Light Rail train system of the Manhattan Plan can also be developed to run on city streets such as Chelsea Avenue from Third Street to Jackson Avenue and along Jackson Avenue/Austin Peay Highway from Chelsea Avenue to Singleton Parkway (back & forth). The Light Rail train lines can also run on Crump Boulevard/Lamar Avenue from Third Street to Winchester Road (back & forth). From Winchester Road the Light Rail train system can travel back & forth on Airways Boulevard/East Parkway to North Parkway. And from East Parkway the train lines can run back & forth on Union Avenue to Third Street. On Third Street the Light Rail train line can be extended to run all the way to Shelby Drive. From Third Street the train can travel back & forth on Shelby Drive to Elvis Presley Boulevard and from Shelby Drive back & forth on Elvis Presley Boulevard to Winchester Road. This will cover most of the major area of the city of Memphis, TN to begin with for the transportation aspect of the Manhattan Plan. In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name! Amen.

                     Transportation

Saturday, June 12th, 2021.

Transportation plays a major role in bringing the Manhattan Plan to fruition. So now that we see how it can transform a city such as Memphis, TN, we can look to other cities and do the same. The Manhattan Plan is about creating a better habitat for humanity. In order to do that, we must design & renovate our living habitats around the human pedestrian first & foremost. This has been the message throughout all of the collective of the Manhattan Plan. Automobiles must not dictate how we design & build our living habitats although they provide transportation. There are other forms of transportation that are convenient & practical for assisting us in our daily commute. These other forms of transportation can help us to better design our living habitats around the human pedestrian. With trains, trolleys, smaller motor vehicles, bicycles and walking pedestrians, all of our transportation needs can be met whether we are traveling near or far. Utilizing these various forms of transportation we have no need to design & build our infrastructure around automobiles. Instead we would design & build automobiles for our living habitats which are designed & built around the human pedestrian. So we are not trying to get rid of automobiles; we are only trying to create a better habitat for humanity where automobiles will not dictate our environment but instead they will adapt to it.

The Manhattan Plan would not only improve other cities throughout the united states of America but it would also improve the city of Manhattan, New York City itself. The people of New York City should not feel left out when it comes to the Manhattan Plan. Don't worry Sunny Hostin, there is something in it for you too, NYC. As a matter of fact, the Manhattan Plan has even made Alexandria Ocasio Cortez excited but she jumped to conclusions and started talking about getting rid of cars, airplanes and cows. The Manhattan Plan, which came before the "green new deal," has no intension of getting rid of cars, airplanes or cows. It is simply about creating a better habitat for humanity and it can do that for New York City. Of course, the Manhattan Plan is based on the city of New York. So obviously the Manhattan Plan is already there and therefore the city of New York has no need to change but only make sure that the human pedestrian comes first with any & all renovations. While other cities throughout the united states of America are trying to catch-up with New York City, the Big Apple itself can move forward with new innovations to create a better habitat for humanity and continue to influence the other cities. We all know about New York's famous subway train system. What if the five borough's added a ground/surface level Light Rail train system that operates simultaneously but separate from the subway train system. This Light Rail surface train in New York City would never enter the subway or run on elevated train tracks but instead would travel on the streets of Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island. These trains would not be as big & heavy as the subway trains but smaller & lighter street trains. With two separate train systems operating simultaneously, New York City would still have the largest and most impressive public transportation system in the united states of America. This would not be unprecedented for New York City. The city of New York actually had both the subway train system and the Light Rail Trolley system in the early Twentieth Century before the automobile manufacturing boom. Eventually the number of Big Bad automobiles on New York City streets began to increase and the trolley cars were removed. Now we know that was a big mistake and as stated in the Manhattan Plan, America needs to return to that old wisdom which made New York City great in the first place. For the presence of a Light Rail train system purposely obstructing automobile traffic would help to make city streets more safe and pedestrian friendly.

Our urban communities can become more pedestrian friendly with smaller more narrow roads. The smaller more narrow a street in width, the easier to navigate for human pedestrians. Light Rail trains & trolleys and smaller, lighter, more narrow automobiles can contribute to more narrow streets/roads in width. Machines such as golf carts and motor-scooters are some ideas of smaller vehicles suitable for traveling the neighborhood while trains would help us travel farther when we need to get across town. All of these suggestions help make our cities more pedestrian friendly and easier to travel by foot. We would escape the dangers of large automobiles that are too big, too heavy and too fast for our living habitats. Automobiles make our city streets and our neighborhoods unsafe. Why do cars & trucks need to be so big and heavy and fast? Why do automobile manufacturers make vehicles that can travel over 100 miles per hour when we mostly use them to drive to the store or drive to work or to drive our children to school? If we go on a long distance road trip once or twice a year couldn't we just rent one of these big, heavy, too fast motor vehicles from a car rental company? Do we really need these big vehicles weighing tons and traveling through our city streets & neighborhoods at 60 to 120 miles per hour while possibly mowing us & our children down and possibly crashing into each other and our homes & local businesses and possibly killing people including themselves? That's insanity! So why do auto-makers make automobiles so big, heavy and fast? Are they trying to kill us or scare the hell out of us? Like I said, the Manhattan Plan is not about getting rid of automobiles. We just don't want them to kill us or scare us (which they often do). I would feel more safe with golf carts, motor scooters and bicycles traveling up & down city streets and through my neighborhood. Brick roads and speed bumps on the streets could curve their enthusiasm. And if all the trains/trolleys, golf carts and motor scooters are electric powered that would make Joe Biden happy. The only time that we would need those large, heavy, really fast automobiles is when we are traveling the interstate on a long road trip. So we don't want to get rid of car rental businesses either. Thank GOD for the Manhattan Plan bringing common sense into our lives while creating a better habitat for humanity.

Comfy Cozy Community

Thursday, October 21st, 2021.

The Federal Government of the united states of America will pass a new multi-billion dollar infrastructure bill to be distributed throughout the country to redevelop our nation's aging infrastructure. A big problem with this legislation is that it doesn't really include a real plan or any real innovative ideas of what to do with all those billions of dollars. This is where the Manhattan Plan comes in to save the day and prevent billions of dollars from being wasted on Pot-holes in roads and cracks in old bridges. As stated before, the Manhattan Plan (a real plan) is a collective of ideas to help build & sustain a better habitat for humanity now and for generations to come. The Manhattan Plan will put this government infrastructure money to use in the best way possible. It has already been suggested & stated in the Manhattan Plan about an ordinance to be passed in cities throughout the united states of America that would ban parking lots for automobile machines (motor vehicles). There has also been an idea introduced in the Manhattan Plan to build new developments on top of parking lots throughout cities in America. Along with those ideas is another idea in the Manhattan Plan to replace parking lots with multi-level parking garages for automobile storage in our communities. Parking garages would better fit within the Manhattan Plan as they can be built aligned with buildings   alongside sidewalks and roads. Infrastructure funding can be used to build parking garages in urban areas throughout the united states of America. These parking garages would be built alongside major streets & avenues every half mile or every mile depending on necessity. Major streets & avenues that receive frequent visitation to businesses & residencies can have parking garages built every half mile apart to accommodate automobile parking/storage needs. Streets & avenues with less traffic and need for parking can have parking garages built every mile, mile & a half or two miles apart. These parking garages can be state of the art, up-to-date facilities that feature charging stations for electric powered vehicles. Ultimately these state of the art parking garages/powering stations for automobile machines will replace gas stations along streets & avenues as more vehicles become electric powered. Also, these parking garages will prove to be more viable & practical for automobile parking & storage for each garage will feature at least three or four levels of parking for vehicles. The parking garages can be privately or publicly owned & operated. Publicly owned & operated parking garages can earn revenue by applying a fee for parking & charging of electric vehicles. Privately owned parking garages can earn a profit selling temporary parking spaces and/or long-term vehicle storage. Parking garages can also earn money with vending machines, food stands and retail shops within some facilities. Other ways that money from the government infrastructure funding can be better utilized is by using it to repave roads with bricks or cobble stone instead of asphalt. Yes, instead of just fixing pot-holes in asphalt roads over & over again, why not just use a better material to pave sections of roads, streets & avenues. Also, more sidewalks can be built where needed and some existing sidewalks can be widened where needed. We can also look into ways of building sidewalks with different materials other than concrete. Using more innovative materials like that which is used to make running tracks used in the sport of track & field would be more comfortable for pedestrian walking, jogging and running on sidewalks. Running, jogging and walking on hard surfaces such as concrete can produce shin-splints in a person's legs. We can make our neighborhoods more comfy & cozy by using more innovative materials to build our roads & sidewalks. Another way to use government funding for infrastructure is to build neighborhood parks in urban areas throughout the united states of America. Similar to the idea with parking garages, neighborhood parks could be built in every neighborhood consisting of a certain square mileage of area separating each park. There can be three types of neighborhood parks developed: One type could consist of a playground area for children, a picnic area and a baseball field. Another type of neighborhood park could consist of a playground area for children, a basketball court and a football field. A third type of neighborhood park could consist of a swimming pool area, a tennis court and a soccer field. These would all be small neighborhood parks located a certain distance apart with one of each type placed in order so that each type of park will not be too far away for residents throughout the city/community. We could create more space for these urban neighborhood parks with the Manhattan Plan by building apartment buildings instead of apartment complexes in our neighborhoods throughout the city and by building more zero-lot homes such as New York City style Brown-Stones & Town-Homes in our neighborhoods that utilize less space. These are all Great Ideas to add to the collective of the Manhattan Plan to create a better habitat for humanity, waste less precious space for planning & development and waste less government money & funding for infrastructure.

Also, another way to best utilize this government funding for infrastructure is by updating & improving our public transportation system throughout the united states of America. As we start to move away from gasoline & diesel-fuel powered vehicles, government funding for infrastructure can be used to order new fleets of electric-powered city transit buses for urban areas throughout the united states of America. Another way that government infrastructure funding can be used for public transportation is by developing light-rail train systems for cities/urban areas throughout the united states of America. Light-rail train systems can service major streets & avenues in urban areas while smaller electric powered transit buses can travel deeper into residential neighborhoods to collect passengers and connect them with the light-rail train system on major streets & avenues. Electric powered transit buses and/or light-rail train systems are great ways to deviate from foreign fuel powered automobile machines (motor vehicles) and these public transportation options would be a great investment of our government infrastructure funding.

In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name. Amen.

Comfy Cozy Complex

       Wednesday, October 27th, 2021.

The collective of ideas known as the Manhattan Plan shall surely transform urban cities & neighborhoods into comfy cozy communities. As the ordinance is passed to ban all parking lots for automobile machines we will see our urban infrastructure & communities transform before our very eyes in an almost miraculous way. Parking lots throughout the city will be replaced with parking garages aligned with buildings alongside sidewalks, roads, streets & avenues. It has been stated in the Manhattan Plan how new developments can be built on top of existing parking lots surrounding such establishments as malls, shopping centers, strip malls, office buildings, schools and even stadiums, etc.. These new developments can also be built within apartment complexes transforming them into villages, towns within a town, cities within a city. For the ordinance to ban all parking lots should apply to business parks and apartment complexes also. There are a variety of apartment complexes with parking lots designed in various styles throughout urban areas. Depending on the size & style of design for each apartment complex & their parking lots there are various options of how to transform them and enhance the property. Options such as parks, picnic areas, playgrounds, promenades, public squares and/or patios with tables & chairs covered by large table umbrellas or awnings can be used to redevelop parking lots within apartment complexes. There are more extravagant ways to transform parking lots within apartment complexes creating more of a village/town type of feel to the property. Apartment complexes with large parking lot space can build new developments such as laundromats, dry-cleaners, convenience stores, retail shops, barber shops, beauty shops, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, cafeterias, delis, pubs, bars, lounges, game rooms, arcades, billiard rooms, gym facilities and so on and so on. There can also be new apartments built on top of existing parking lots within apartment complexes. Most exciting of all is the idea of building store front apartment buildings on top of existing parking lots within apartment complexes. These buildings can be at least two or more floors high with space for businesses on the ground floor/level with apartments or/and other businesses on the upper floors/higher levels. It all depends on the type of apartment complex and its design and how much parking lot space is available for redevelopment. Of course the apartment complex would own all development on its property and could charge rent to businesses & residents that occupy space within these store front buildings developed inside their estate. Management of these apartment complexes can establish deals/discounts with near-by parking garages to offer permanent parking spaces for residents of the apartment complex that would be included in the price for rent. Residents living in the apartment complex would receive an access code or/and a parking pass they could hang on the rear-view mirror of their automobile or a sticker on the windshield of their automobile that would give them unlimited access to the parking garage and possibly an assigned parking space. Living in these apartment complexes would truly be like living in a village or town or even a city within a city. Businesses within these apartment complexes would have clientele & paying customers as neighbors. There could even be a line of credit established between businesses & residents within these apartment complexes. Businesses inside the apartment complex could also receive paying customers from outside of the apartment complex but offer a line of credit only to residents of the apartment complex. As stated before, the Manhattan Plan can eradicate all food deserts, pharmacy deserts and poor neighborhoods making every neighborhood a RICH neighborhood. This is just another way the Manhattan Plan will make America Great Again while creating comfy cozy communities within our Great American Cities. GOD Bless America and GOD Bless the Manhattan Plan! In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name. Amen.

                            The Roaring Twenties
       [Economic Super Sonic Boom]

       Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021.

The world that we now live in seems kind of depressed. When you turn on your television you hear from the fake news media doom & gloom stories, partisan divisive manipulative propaganda and illuminati new world order agendas such as "Climate Change" & the "COVID-19 Pandemic." But We The People of the united states of America have an Grand Opportunity to move our country out of this doom & gloom depression and send our Nation Soaring into the New Roaring Twenties! This collective of ideas known as the Manhattan Plan will do just that, create an Economic Super Sonic Boom that America has not seen in our lifetime. It all can come down to one decision that will change the world and move our great nation into an explosion of planning & development that will boost our economy & over all production across many industries & fields. The decision to ban all parking lots for automobile machines will set off an explosion of investment, job creation, productivity and transfer of currency that our country has not seen in many decades. It will be like setting off a nuclear bomb of prosperity! Passing the ordinance throughout the land to ban all parking lots for automobiles will be like the decision to push the red button and start something BIG. Except the pushing of this red button will not be to start a war but instead it will change the world for the better in more ways than one. Even so, the pushing of this red button may be a scary idea/proposition for some. Conservatives may fear that this is some form of socialism being implemented in our society. On the contrary, this is actually a decision to open up capitalism in our society like never before. So much so, that even Progressive Democrats will want & beg capitalism to be their "Baby Daddy" once the decision to push the red button is made causing prosperity to explode all over our faces. The big question is, who will be the first decision-maker bold enough to push that red button and set off economic movement like no one in business or authority today has ever experienced in their entire career up to this point. I hope that everyone in business & positions of authority have the courage to push this red button, the decision to ban all parking lots for automobiles. For America needs this right now. We must get our country moving again and out of this covid-19 funk that we are currently in. This is the Biggest & Best way to do just that, make America Great Again! The Manhattan Plan shall create an economic explosion that will send our nation Soaring into the Roaring Twenties! Those who understand (who get it) will get a head-start on to prosperity. The rest will see the prosperity they will incur and follow behind them. Who knew that Geometry could create prosperity and change our economy for the better. We probably didn't think it to be an important subject in school or that we would ever use it in life/the real world. And yet, this idea to use geometry to create prosperity is not coming from some esoteric knowledge of freemasonry. But instead it is being given to you freely by a servant of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Actually, they didn't create geometry, GOD did. He stopped them from building The Tower of Babel for they were trying to use it to supersede GOD HIMSELF. GOD Bless The Manhattan Plan and GOD Bless America! In JESUS CHRIST Mighty & Magnificent Name! Amen!

Public Housing?!

Wednesday, March 16th, 2022.

As for the issue of providing housing for the poor and those who live on low income, The Manhattan Plan is not for resorting to socialism to deal with these issues. The Manhattan Plan has nothing to do with nor will it ever be about/for building housing projects for the poor & low income residents. The Manhattan Plan is not a government socialist program for people based on their economic situation or their ethnic or cultural affiliation. The Manhattan Plan is not for grouping people together according to their economic level in society nor is it for grouping people of certain ethnic groups together in the same or certain areas. The Manhattan Plan is about free-enterprise/capitalism and the right to private ownership and prosperity. The Manhattan Plan does not support segregation by race/ethnicity or by economic/social-class. In fact The Manhattan Plan is more about desegregation through freedom and capitalism (free enterprise). The Manhattan Plan suggest that instead of building housing specifically for poor people (which is immoral, anyway), government assistance for housing should be based on capitalism and giving the people (yes, even poor people) the right to choose when it comes to housing and where they choose to call home/live. There should never be anymore housing projects for the poor built anywhere in human society ever again. Instead of public housing for the poor, The Manhattan Plan suggests that the government interviews citizens that apply for housing assistance and based on their need provide monetary assistance that would go towards the paying of their rent or mortgage. Any citizen applying for government housing assistance would have the freedom to choose any place they want to live, the government should not be able to dictate or decide for them where they can or should live. When the government provides them with money to help pay their rent or mortgage, the money shall go/be transferred directly from the government to the landlord or bank/mortgage company or whoever the citizen pays their rent or mortgage to. No landlord or any property owner can/be able to apply to the government for housing assistance for any resident of their property or otherwise. Only the resident/tenant can apply for their own government housing assistance and they must be interviewed in person by the government agency that is providing the monetary assistance for their rent or mortgage. That government agency must make sure that they are providing the money for housing assistance to the proper landlord or/and mortgage company where the citizen resides. The government must never give the money for housing assistance directly to the person applying for housing assistance (the resident) or any other person other than their landlord or/and mortgage company. Money from the government for housing assistance must never be transfered to the bank account of the resident or anyone applying for housing assistance from the government. If the landlord or mortgage company ever has a problem with receiving rent or mortgage from their respected renter/tenant they must never inquire or communicate directly with the government agency providing housing assistance to that particular tenant/resident but must address any problem with collecting payment for the rent or mortgage directly with the tenant/resident of their respected property. The tenant/resident themself only must inquire/communicate directly with the government agency providing their housing assistance if ever the landlord/property owner claims that there is a problem with collecting the money for their rent or/and mortgage payment. The government will only provide housing assistance according to the need of each individual citizen that applies for housing assistance. Some applicants may receive more money for housing assistance than others and some may receive less money than others based on their financial income. Again, the government will have No control or decision on where each applicant chooses to live in that particular government's jurisdiction. For an example, if a citizen applying for government housing assistance in New York City chooses to live in a pent-house apartment on "Billionaire's Row" or Park Avenue then they have the right to do so. The money they receive from the government for housing assistance can/could pay 100% percent of their rent or mortgage or only 1% percent of their rent or mortgage. The choice is up to the government housing assistance applicant. The government will provide housing assistance for each applicant based on their income, not on the cost of their rent or mortgage. So it is up to the applicant for government housing assistance on whether the money they receive from the government for housing assistance will pay for 100% or 1 % or any percent in between for their respected rent or mortgage payment. This is government assistance based on Capitalism and freedom of choice and not on socialism and Democratic Control ideology & policies (New World Order restrictions & submission). This conservative mindset when it comes to the welfare of the American people shall truly make us Great Again! The Manhattan Plan shall eliminate segregation based on economics, race/ethnicity, social class and live up to its promise to eliminate poor neighborhoods and make all neighborhoods rich neighborhoods! Amen! Glory Hallelujah! In JESUS CHRIST Glorious & Magnificent Mighty Name! Amen!

WHOLLY Matrimony
(Business & Residence)

Sunday, June 12th, 2022.

With The Manhattan Plan, it just keeps getting better & better. That's right, the hits just keep on coming. More & more great ideas to make America greater than ever. These GOD given ideas shall help to reverse urban sprawl and create even greater habitats for humanity. This new idea, that is, the latest addition to The Manhattan Plan shall set the ordinance for The New America, that shall transform this entire country for the better in an extraordinary & practical way. It shall be made the standard throughout the united states of America, that the long-standing seperation between businesses and residencies shall be brought to an end. Commercial real estate and residential real estate shall come together as one, united wholly in matrimony. From now on it shall be the standard for urban areas throughout the land to combine local businesses with residential living space. This set standard shall expand beyond Main streets and onto residential roads, streets, avenues and boulevards. Residential living spaces such as apartment buildings & complexes shall incorporate local businesses within their physical structures. There shall be no more apartment buildings or complexes built with only residential living spaces but all structures shall have business spaces at least on the ground level of the buildings. Already existing apartment buildings & complexes can be renovated to include spaces for local businesses within their buildings & complexes. Throughout inner cities and urban areas across the united states of America all buildings shall combine commercial & residential real estate space. Also, from now on all commercial real estate shall be constructed to incorporate residential living spaces within its physical structures. Already existing commercial real estate can be renovated to include residential living spaces in its vicinity. Combinig all commercial & residential real estate in cities throughout the united states of America shall help to reverse urban sprawl. It shall make all urban communities and neighborhoods throughout the city rich neighborhoods by extinguishing/eradicating all food deserts, retail deserts, business/economic deserts of any kind and poor under developed areas of town. By combining all commercial & residential real estate, every neighborhood in every city shall be filled with local businesses such as grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, clothing & shoe stores, barber & beauty shops, pharmacies & minor medical centers/clinics and the list goes on and on. With all buildings throughout urban areas having a standard combination of business space & residential space, cities can begin to move inward & upward instead of outward. Depending on the human population size of any given city will determine how far upward or outward a city needs to expand. Big cities such as Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL will have a need for taller buildings based on their population size. Smaller cities such as Memphis, TN, Nashville, TN, Birmingham, AL, Little Rock, AR or Jackson, MS will not require as tall of buildings as Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL unless they want to shrink the square mileage of their cities into a smaller area creating more of a Manhattan, New York City type of atmosphere. This will make everthing a person needs literally within walking distance of their residential home. Some things they will not even have to leave their home building for because that business will be located within their residential building. If anyone asks the question, "What about big businesses such as Wal-Mart super stores or Super Target stores?" Well, large businesses such as Wal-Mart and Target can start building their stores with residential living spaces above their stores and already existing Wal-Mart & Target stores can adapt to the idea of building residential & commercial real estate on top of their existing parking lots at all of their stores. Large retail spaces such as Wal-Mart stores, Target stores and shopping malls can save space by building parking garages instead of parking lots for customers traveling beyond walking distance and for residents living in buildings adjacent to or a part of the surrounding property. I'm not saying that these large retailers would have to pay the bill for all of this development for they could sell their parking lots to real estate investors & developers who can do the job for them unless the large retailers would like to get into the real estate business themselves like business entrepreneur, Ray Kroc of McDonald's restaurant fame. Just imagine shopping malls, Wal-Mart stores and Target stores collecting rent or mortgage payments from residents & businesses within their owned real estate developments/buildings. They might become richer than Amazon.com (Jeff Bezos) or even the Rothschilds for that matter (I'm just saying); especially as the ban on all parking lots for automobiles (that does Not include parking garages) goes into effect throughout the united states of America. The big idea will be what to do with all that real estate and what is the best way to profit off of it. Well, The Manhattan Plan has revealed that the best way to go about it is with the residential & commercial real estate combos and the building of for profit parking garages that incorporate charging stations for electric vehicles and convenience stores for paying customers. This way, The Manhattan Plan can transform everything everywhere in cities across America into urban super centers/markets while creating better habitats for humanity in the cities and in the rural areas by reversing urban sprawl and breaking/ending America's dependency on foreign oil. Glory Hallelujah, Thank GOD Almighty, in JESUS CHRIST Magnificent Name! Amen!

THE BIG COMPROMISE
(Urban and sub-urban)

Sunday, September 18th, 2022

The Manhattan Plan is THE BIG COMPROMISE. Everything that has been written in the Manhattan Plan so far still stands just as surely as Heaven and Earth still stands; It shall Reverse Urban Sprawl, ban all parking lots for automobile machines and make all neighborhoods in every city across the united states of America a rich neighborhood. The Manhattan Plan is from GOD, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST for all mankind. So the Manhattan Plan ignores all opposition and arguments against it from people whom are ignorant and don't know what they are talking about. Just as people oppose THE WORD OF GOD, The Holy Bible because they are ignorant, lost and perishing so also they oppose the Manhattan Plan and their living habitats are perishing. This is The Verdict: The Manhattan Plan shall come to pass and rule supreme here in the united states of America and elsewhere needed. Through the Manhattan Plan, all cities in the united states of America (especially within metropolitan areas of at least one million people or more) will be handed over to Free Enterprise (also known as Capitalism). Corporate America, Big Business, Small Business, Local Businesses and Entrepreneurs shall take over all inner cities and urban areas (but not by eminent domain). Socialism shall have no part in the Manhattan Plan and the development of all cities within the united states of America. As previously stated, all real estate developed in American cities shall combine commercial and residential real estate in Wholly Matrimony. Over time all houses and automobiles will be pushed out of the cities/urban areas into the suburban and rural areas. This is THE BIG COMPROMISE: Over time anyone who wants to live in a stand alone house surrounded by a front & back yard and drive a big automobile will eventually have to relocate to the suburbs or rural areas throughout the united states of America. All urban areas/cities within the united states of America will be transformed into Big Outdoor Shopping Malls with business & entertainment venues, apartment homes & hotel rooms and incorporate all commerce within every metropolitan area in the united states of America. This does not deviate from anything previously written in the Manhattan Plan. Instead it brings it all together. Anyone who owns/has a stand alone house with a front & back yard in the inner city urban area will NOT have their property taken from them by eminent domain or any form of socialism. The Manhattan Plan is totally about Capitalism. Instead, the building of new stand alone houses will be barred and/or banned from inner city urban areas. Cities in the united states of America will only consist of old houses and new commercial & residential combined real estate development guided by the Manhattan Plan. Old houses will be allowed to remain in urban areas unless until the owners of the property decide to sell their property fairly without being taken advantage of or have it stolen or be robbed by shady and/or illegal business transactions. The Manhattan Plan will continuously build around old houses and property in every neighborhood and on every street & road within every city throughout the united states of America. This will keep real estate transactions and redevelopment always taking place building cities with interchangeable parts and keeping the excitement going for generations to come. Eventually there will be no difference in residential streets and main streets in the inner city and urban areas throughout the united states of America for all real estate on every street in every city will be combined with commercial and residential real estate development. As the Manhattan Plan comes to fruition it will begin to transform every Great American City compared to Manhattan, New York City and put the previous way of doing things to shame. Those who choose to live in stand alone houses in the suburbs and rural areas can drive their automobiles into the inner city/urban areas for all business & commerce, shopping & entertainment. They can park their electric vehicles in a convenient parking garage and recharge their vehicles while they do business in the city, shop, dine, be entertained or visit with residents in the city. For all business and commerce will be in the inner city urban areas as Free Enterprise/Capitalism, Corporate America, Big Business, Small Business and Entrepreneurs transform all Great American Cities into Super Markets of Business & Commerce like Giant Outdoor Shopping Malls with live in residents and hotels full of visitors for generations to come. The united states of America cannot be out done by foreign competitors such as Communist China building new cities from the ground up or smaller countries such as Saudi Arabia whom are now planning to build "The Line (a super city to be built in Saudi Arabia)." We The People of the united states of America have something better than Communist China; We have the Manhattan Plan! While China is building new cities in the previous way that America did with urban sprawl infrastructure built into the new cities in China, here in America we can do better than the cities of China by following the guidance of the Manhattan Plan. And unlike Saudi Arabia, we do not have to get rid of our Great American Cities and put all our residents into a line development. Instead, with the Manhattan Plan we can make every one of our existing American cities into urban Super Markets through Capitalism/Free Enterprise and create better habitats for humanity with freedom & liberty and not dictation & control. With the Manhattan Plan we can build a new clean water system for Jackson, Mississippi and every Great American City. GOD Bless The Manhattan Plan and GOD Bless the united states of America through it. In JESUS CHRIST Glorious and Magnificent Holy Name. Amen!

And the architecture and design of buildings in any & every Great American City can be unique. They do not have to look exactly like the architecture of the buildings in New York City just as long as the city plan follows the guidelines of the Manhattan Plan. In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name. Glory Hallelujah, Amen!

Make America Great Again by Building Back Better.

Tuesday, March 28th, 2023.

It is time for the people of the united states of America to wake up and realize the full potential of the Manhattan Plan. Every person involved with real-estate investment and real-estate development should seize the opportunity of a lifetime to not only build a fortune but also create a legacy within their profession & career. The Manhattan Plan gives real-estate investors & developers the opportunity to do just that. As long as We the People follow the guidelines of the Manhattan Plan we can all "Make America Great Again" by "Building Back Better" than ever. The Manhattan Plan must definitely be taken into consideration in areas that have been devastated by natural disasters or even by warfare or by the most common form of devastation known as urban sprawl. The building or re-building of any community/human habitat should be planned & constructed on a grid layout such as you have in places like Manhattan, New York City or better yet the South-Side of Chicago, Illinois (with alleys in between streets, especially for garbage pick-up). All human habitats should be built on a grid layout of the land for maximum livability and usage of space (and not wasting of space). So, whenever we build a new subdivision or neighborhood, we should do just that, design & build the area on a grid layout of the land. As stated before, another thing that we need to do is get rid of parking lots for automobiles. All parking lots need to be replaced with parking garages for maximum use of the land without wasting space. Again, automobiles should not dictate the development of our living habitats. Streets should be made more narrow for human pedestrians and not wide motor speedways for automobiles. Pedestrians should have easy access to all locations within their living habitat alongside the sidewalks so that we won't have to walk through parking lots for automobiles to get to the store or to our residence or workplace or any place in our living habitats. And we can combine residential & commercial real-estate within our living habitats so that all urban areas shall be compact and everything within close walking distance. A person should be able to step outside of their apartment home and take the elevator down to the ground level of the building to shop in the grocery store or go to the barber shop or to the laundromat or eat at a restaurant, etc.. Every home & building within urban areas should be zero-lot with no lawn or trees with no need to hire a lawn service to upkeep the property. This will make way for space to be used for other valued land usage such as neighborhood parks, forest preserves, farmland, ranches, forest & fields for hunting & fishing, golf courses and other recreational space. Apartment homes should come in a variety of sizes and actually should match the sizes of houses based on square footage. They should also come in a varied price range based on quality & size. With apartments of all sizes built in urban areas the Manhattan Plan will provide a home for everyone no matter their need or desire. There should be apartments built within the city with as much indoor living space based on square footage as the largest of houses built in rural areas or in the suburbs of the metro area. You can also have available more compact apartments that you would find in places like Tokyo, Japan that could ideally be located in parts of town such as near college/university campuses. Especially with colleges/universities that are located within urban areas that do not have dormitories for students on campus, this would be a great real-estate opportunity. And these compact Tokyo style apartments can have a cafeteria or a food court such as you would find in a shopping mall located within the same apartment building with other amenities such as laundromats/cleaners, stores, barbershops/beauty-shops, gyms/swimming pools and other needed or desired facilities. As we replace all parking lots with parking garages within our living habitats, we can build on top of parking lots and maximize the use of space around existing buildings. For an example, we don't have to tear down existing shopping malls within our communities (especially those that have been depleted by urban-sprawl), instead we can build around them with commercial & residential mixed real-estate. You can drive through town and see how most shopping malls, mega-size stores and shopping centers never use all of the parking spaces that they have for automobiles anyway. So, we can build mixed real-estate around these stores & malls to better utilize space in our cities. Shopping malls such as "Hickory Ridge Mall" and "Southland Mall" in Memphis, TN are a couple of examples of how we can construct buildings around the malls that have restaurants, stores and other types of businesses on the ground level of the buildings and residential living spaces on the upper levels of the buildings. We can surround these malls with buildings all around, developed on a grid layout covering the parking lot areas of the malls/shopping centers. The same can be done for mega stores such as Wal-Mart, Target or Kroger. Retailers & Grocers should build living communities around their stores for regular clientele and parking lanes/pick-up lanes for automobiles of those whom travel from a distance to these same stores. That way you have customers who live right around your business who become regular customers and still have customers whom travel from a distance to shop at your store/business. With buildings constructed around existing stores & malls you can develop living communities where all the needs of the people are met through smarter real-estate investment & development. And with parking garages you can make the parking of automobiles into a business while at the same time better utilizing space for automobile storage. Many people would also love to walk right out of their apartment building and enter into "Hickory Ridge Mall" or "Southland Mall" or any Mall in America on any side of the Malls for shopping or recreation (especially during the holiday season). Of course, the residential living spaces should be of a premium quality & price being conveniently located surrounding shopping malls, shopping centers, retail & grocery stores, entertainment venues and other desired & needed real-estate establishments. Ladies & Gentlemen, the Manhattan Plan shall make all of our living habitats so awesome that we may need to change the name of our country into "the united states of Awesome." Our law makers would even be tempted to make this happen. GOD Bless the Manhattan Plan! GOD Bless America! In JESUS CHRIST Mighty, Magnificent & Glorious Name, Amen!
