Jesus Comforts His Disciples

       "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in GOD; trust also in Me. In My Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I Am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with Me that you also may be where I Am. You know the way to the place where I Am going."

The Gospel of John: chapter 14, verses 1 - 4

Jesus the Way to The Father

       Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?"
       Jesus answered, "I Am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to The Father except through Me. If you really knew Me, you would know My Father as well. From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him."
       Philip said, "Lord, show us The Father and that will be enough for us."
       Jesus answered: "Don't you know Me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen Me has seen The Father. How can you say, 'Show us The Father'? Don't you believe that I Am in The Father, and that The Father is in Me? The words I say to you are not just My own. Rather, it is The Father, living in Me, who is doing His work. Believe Me when I say that I Am in The Father and The Father is in Me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves. I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in Me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I Am going to The Father. And I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that The Son may bring glory to The Father. You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it."

Jesus Promises The Holy Spirit

       "If you love Me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask The Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever--The Spirit of Truth. The world cannot accept Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you know Him, for He lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Before long, the world will not see Me anymore, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will realize that I Am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I Am in you. Whoever has My commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves Me. He who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I too will love him and show Myself to him."
       Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, "But, Lord, why do you intend to show Yourself to us and not to the world?"
       Jesus replied, "If anyone loves Me, he will obey My teaching. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love Me will not obey My teaching. These words you hear are not My own; they belong to The Father who sent Me.
       "All this I have spoken while still with you. But The Counselor, The Holy Spirit, whom The Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
       "You heard Me say, 'I Am going away and I Am coming back to you.' If you loved Me, you would be glad that I Am going to The Father, for The Father is greater than I. I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe. I will not speak with you much longer, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no hold on Me, but the world must learn that I love The Father and that I do exactly what My Father has commanded Me.
       "Come now; let us leave."

The Vine and the Branches

       "I Am the true vine, and My Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in Me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit He prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in Me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me.
       "I Am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you. This is to My Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be My disciples.
       "As The Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Now remain in My love. If you obey My commands, you will remain in My love, just as I have obeyed My Father's commands and remain in His love. I have told you this so that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit--fruit that will last. Then The Father will give you whatever you ask in My name. This is My command: Love each other."

The World Hates the Disciples

       "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master. If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed My teaching, they will obey yours also. They will treat you this way because of My name, for they do not know The One who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. He who hates Me hates My Father as well. If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both Me and My Father. But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: 'They hated Me without reason.'
       "When The Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from The Father, The Spirit of Truth who goes out from The Father, He will testify about Me. And you also must testify, for you have been with Me from the beginning.
       "All this I have told you so that you will not go astray. They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to GOD. They will do such things because they have not known The Father or Me. I have told you this, so that when the time comes you will remember that I warned you. I did not tell you this at first because I was with you."

The Work of The Holy Spirit

"Now I Am going to Him who sent Me, yet none of you asks Me, 'Where are You going?' Because I have said these things, you are filled with grief. But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I Am going away. Unless I go away, The Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. When He comes, He will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: in regard to sin, because men do not believe in Me; in regard to righteousness, because I Am going to The Father, where you can see Me no longer; and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.
       "I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when He, The Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to Me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to The Father is mine. That is why I said The Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you.
       "In a little while you will see Me no more, and then after a little while you will see Me."

The Gospel of John: chapter 16, verses 5 - 16

The Disciples' Grief Will Turn to Joy

       Some of His disciples said to one another, "What does He mean by saying, 'In a little while you will see Me no more, and then after a little while you will see Me,' and 'Because I Am going to The Father'?" They kept asking, "What does He mean by 'a little while'? We don't understand what He is saying."
       Jesus saw that they wanted to ask Him about this, so He said to them, "Are you asking one another what I meant when I said, 'In a little while you will see Me no more, and then after a little while you will see Me'? I tell you the truth, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy. A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world. So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy. In that day you will no longer ask Me anything. I tell you the truth, My Father will give you whatever you ask in My name. Until now you have not asked for anything in My name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.
       "Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about My Father. In that day you will ask in My name. I Am not saying that I will ask The Father on your behalf. No, The Father Himself loves you because you have loved Me and have believed that I came from GOD. I came from The Father and entered the world; now I Am leaving the world and going back to The Father."
       Then Jesus' disciples said, "Now You are speaking clearly and without figures of speech. Now we can see that You know all things and that You do not even need to have anyone ask You questions. This makes us believe that You came from GOD."
       "You believe at last!" Jesus answered. "But a time is coming, and has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own home. You will leave Me all alone. Yet I Am not alone, for My Father is with Me.
       "I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Jesus Prays for Himself

After Jesus said this, He looked toward heaven and prayed:

       "Father, the time has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son may glorify You. For You granted Him authority over all people that He might give eternal life to all those You have given Him. Now this is eternal life: that they may know You, The Only True GOD, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. I have brought You glory on earth by completing the work You gave Me to do. And now, Father, glorify Me in Your presence with the glory I had with You before the world began.

Jesus Prays for His Disciples

       "I have revealed You to those whom You gave Me out of the world. They were Yours; You gave them to Me and they have obeyed Your word. Now they know that everything You have given Me comes from You. For I gave them the words You gave Me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from You, and they believed that You sent Me. I pray for them. I Am not praying for the world, but for those You have given Me, for they are Yours. All I have is Yours, and all You have is Mine. And glory has come to Me through them. I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I Am coming to You. Holy Father, protect them by the power of Your name--the name You gave Me--so that they may be one as We are One. While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name You gave Me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.
       "I Am coming to You now, but I say these things while I Am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of My joy within them. I have given them Your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I Am of the world. My prayer is not that You take them out of the world but that You protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I Am not of it. Sanctify them by the truth; Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I have sent them into the world. For them I sanctify Myself, that they too may be truly sanctified."

Jesus Prays for All Believers

       "My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in Me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I Am in You. May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me. I have given them the glory that You gave Me, that they may be one as We are One: I in them and You in Me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that You sent Me and have loved them even as You have loved Me.
       "Father, I want those You have given Me to be with Me where I Am, and to see My glory, the glory You have given Me because You loved Me before the creation of the world.
       "Righteous Father, though the world does not know You, I know You, and they know that You have sent Me. I have made You known to them, and will continue to make You known in order that the love You have for Me may be in them and that I Myself may be in them."

From Abraham to Jesus Christ

A record of the genealogy of Jesus Christ the Son of David, the Son of Abraham:

       Abraham was the father of Isaac,
          Isaac the father of Jacob,
          Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers,
          Judah the father of Perez and Zerah, whose mother was Tamar,
          Perez the father of Hezron,
          Hezron the father of Ram,
          Ram the father of Amminadab,
          Amminadab the father of Nahshon,
          Nahshon the father of Salmon,
          Salmon the father of Boaz, whose mother was Rahab,
          Boaz the father of Obed, whose mother was Ruth,
          Obed the father of Jesse,
          and Jesse the father of King David.

       David was the father of Solomon, whose mother had been Uriah's wife,
          Solomon the father of Rehoboam,
          Rehoboam the father of Abijah,
          Abijah the father of Asa,
          Asa the father of Jehoshaphat,
          Jehoshaphat the father of Jehoram,
          Jehoram the father of Uzziah,
          Uzziah the father of Jotham,
          Jotham the father of Ahaz,
          Ahaz the father of Hezekiah,
          Hezekiah the father of Manasseh,
          Manasseh the father of Amon,
          Amon the father of Josiah,
          and Josiah the father of Jeconiah and his brothers at the time of the exile to Babylon.

       After the exile to Babylon:
          Jeconiah was the father of Shealtiel,
          Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel,
          Zerubbabel the father of Abiud,
          Abiud the father of Eliakim,
          Eliakim the father of Azor,
          Azor the father of Zadok,
          Zadok the father of Akim,
          Akim the father of Eliud,
          Eliud the father of Eleazar,
          Eleazar the father of Matthan,
          Matthan the father of Jacob,
          and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.

          Thus there were fourteen generations in all from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the exile to Babylon, and fourteen from the exile to the Christ.

From Shem to Abram (That is, Abraham.)

       This is the account of Shem.

       Two years after the flood, when Shem was 100 years old, he became the father of Arphaxad. And after he became the father of Arphaxad, Shem lived 500 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Arphaxad had lived 35 years, he became the father of Shelah. And after he became the father of Shelah, Arphaxad lived 403 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Shelah had lived 30 years, he became the father of Eber. And after he became the father of Eber, Shelah lived 403 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Eber had lived 34 years, he became the father of Peleg. And after he became the father of Peleg, Eber lived 430 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Peleg had lived 30 years, he became the father of Reu. And after he became the father of Reu, Peleg lived 209 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Reu had lived 32 years, he became the father of Serug. And after he became the father of Serug, Reu lived 207 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Serug had lived 30 years, he became the father of Nahor. And after he became the father of Nahor, Serug lived 200 years and had other sons and daughters.
       When Nahor had lived 29 years, he became the father of Terah. And after he became the father of Terah, Nahor lived 119 years and had other sons and daughters.
       After Terah had lived 70 years, he became the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran.

The Sons of Noah - The Patriarchs of Mankind

       The sons of Noah who came out of the ark were Shem, Ham and Japheth. (Ham was the father of Canaan.) These were the three sons of Noah, and from them came the people who were scattered over the earth.
       Noah, a man of the soil, proceeded to plant a vineyard. When he drank some of its wine, he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent. Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father's nakedness and told his two brothers outside. But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered their father's nakedness. Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their father's nakedness.
       When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him, he said,

       "Cursed be Canaan!
          The lowest of slaves
          will he be to his brothers."

       He also said,

       "Blessed be The Lord, The GOD of Shem!
          May Canaan be the slave of Shem.
       May GOD extend the territory of Japheth;
          may Japheth live in the tents of Shem,
          and may Canaan be his slave."

       After the flood Noah lived 350 years. Altogether, Noah lived 950 years, and then he died.

The Book of Genesis: chapter 9, verses 18 - 29

The Table of Nations

This is the account of Shem, Ham and Japheth, Noah's sons, who themselves had sons after the flood.

                                                 THE JAPHETHITES

The sons of Japheth:
       Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech and Tiras.
The sons of Gomer:
       Ashkenaz, Riphath and Togarmah.
The sons of Javan:
       Elishah, Tarshish, the Kittim and the Rodanim. (From these the maritime peoples spread out into their territories by their clans within their nations, each with its own language.)

                     THE HAMITES

The sons of Ham:
       Cush, Mizraim, Put and Canaan.
The sons of Cush:
       Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah and Sabteca.
The sons of Raamah:
       Sheba and Dedan.

       Cush was the father of Nimrod, who grew to be a mighty warrior on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before The Lord; that is why it is said, "Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before The Lord." The first centers of his kingdom were Babylon, Erech, Akkad and Calneh, in Shinar. From that land he went to Assyria, where he built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah and Resen, which is between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great city.

       Mizraim was the father of
          the Ludites, Anamites, Lehabites, Naphtuhites, Pathrusites, Casluhites (from whom the Philistines came) and Caphtorites.
       Canaan was the father of
          Sidon his firstborn, and of the Hittites, Jebusites, Amorites, Girgashites, Hivites, Arkites, Sinites, Arvadites, Zemarites and Hamathites.

          Later the Canaanite clans scattered and the borders of Canaan reached from Sidon toward Gerar as far as Gaza, and then toward Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha.
          These are the sons of Ham by their clans and languages, in their territories and nations.

                                                 THE SEMITES

          Sons were also born to Shem, whose older brother was Japheth; Shem was the ancestor of all the sons of Eber.

       The sons of Shem:
          Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud and Aram.
       The sons of Aram:
          Uz, Hul, Gether and Meshech.
       Arphaxad was the father of Shelah,
          and Shelah the father of Eber.
       Two sons were born to Eber:
          One was named Peleg, because in his time the earth was divided; his brother was named Joktan.
       Joktan was the father of
          Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, Obal, Abimael, Sheba, Ophir, Havilah and Jobab. All these were sons of Joktan.

The region where they lived stretched from Mesha toward Sephar, in the eastern hill country.
          These are the sons of Shem by their clans and languages, in their territories and nations.

          These are the clans of Noah's sons, according to their lines of descent, within their nations. From these the nations spread out over the earth after the flood.

The Origins of Freemasonry [The Development of Idolatry, Paganism, Mysticism, Science, Sorcery, Occult Practices, Esoteric Rites, Masonic Rituals, Soft-Stone Masonry and Alternative Communication.]

       Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. As men moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there.
       They said to each other, "Come, let's make bricks and bake them thoroughly." They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. Then they said, "Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves and not be scattered over the face of the whole earth."
       But The Lord came down to see the city and the tower that the men were building. The Lord said, "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other."
       So The Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. That is why it was called Babel--because there The Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there The Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth.

King Solomon Turns to Freemasonry

       King Solomon, however, loved many foreign women besides Pharaoh's daughter--Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians and Hittites. They were from nations about which The Lord had told the Israelites, "You must not intermarry with them, because they will surely turn your hearts after their gods." Nevertheless, Solomon held fast to them in love. He had seven hundred wives of royal birth and three hundred concubines, and his wives led him astray. As Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to The Lord his GOD, as the heart of David his father had been. He followed Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, and Molech the detestable god of the Ammonites. So Solomon did evil in the eyes of The Lord; he did not follow The Lord completely, as David his father had done.
       On a hill east of Jerusalem, Solomon built a high place for Chemosh the detestable god of Moab, and for Molech the detestable god of the Ammonites. He did the same for all his foreign wives, who burned incense and offered sacrifices to their gods.
       The Lord became angry with Solomon because his heart had turned away from The Lord, The GOD of Israel, who had appeared to him twice. Although He had forbidden Solomon to follow other gods, Solomon did not keep The Lord's command. So The Lord said to Solomon, "Since this is your attitude and you have not kept My covenant and My decrees, which I commanded you, I will most certainly tear the kingdom away from you and give it to one of your subordinates. Nevertheless, for the sake of David your father, I will not do it during your lifetime. I will tear it out of the hand of your son. Yet I will not tear the whole kingdom from him, but will give him one tribe for the sake of David My servant and for the sake of Jerusalem, which I have chosen."

The Beast out of the Sea (...Once was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss...)

       And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast. Men worshipped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshipped the beast and asked, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?"
       The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months. He opened his mouth to blaspheme GOD, and to slander His name and His dwelling place and those who live in heaven. He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast--all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to The Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world.
       He who has an ear, let him hear.

       If anyone is to go into captivity,
          into captivity he will go.
       If anyone is to be killed with the sword,
          with the sword he will be killed.

       This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints.

The Beast out of the Earth - the False Prophet

       Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. And he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men. Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.
       This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666.

The Beast - the Eighth King (Who once was, now is not, and yet will come.)

       The weight of the gold that Solomon received yearly was 666 talents, not including the revenues brought in by merchants and traders. Also all the kings of Arabia and the governors of the land brought gold and silver to Solomon.
       King Solomon made two hundred large shields of hammered gold; six hundred bekas of hammered gold went into each shield. He also made three hundred small shields of hammered gold, with three hundred bekas of gold in each shield. The king put them in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon.
       Then the king made a great throne inlaid with ivory and overlaid with pure gold. The throne had six steps, and a footstool of gold was attached to it. On both sides of the seat were armrests, with a lion standing beside each of them. Twelve lions stood on the six steps, one at either end of each step. Nothing like it had ever been made for any other kingdom. All King Solomon's goblets were gold, and all the household articles in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon were pure gold. Nothing was made of silver, because silver was considered of little value in Solomon's day. The king had a fleet of trading ships manned by Hiram's men. Once every three years it returned, carrying gold, silver and ivory, and apes and baboons.
       King Solomon was greater in riches and wisdom than all the other kings of the earth. All the kings of the earth sought audience with Solomon to hear the wisdom GOD had put in his heart. Year after year, everyone who came brought a gift--articles of silver and gold, and robes, weapons and spices, and horses and mules.
       Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horses, which he kept in the chariot cities and also with him in Jerusalem. He ruled over all the kings from the River to the land of the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt. The king made silver as common in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar as plentiful as sycamore-fig trees in the foothills. Solomon's horses were imported from Egypt and from all other countries.

Freemasonry Returned to Original Home

       Then the angel who was speaking to me came forward and said to me, "Look up and see what this is that is appearing."
       I asked, "What is it?"
       He replied, "It is a measuring basket." And he added, "This is the iniquity of the people throughout the land."
       Then the cover of lead was raised, and there in the basket sat a woman! He said, "This is wickedness," and he pushed her back into the basket and pushed the lead cover down over its mouth.
       Then I looked up--and there before me were two women, with the wind in their wings! They had wings like those of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between heaven and earth.
       "Where are they taking the basket?" I asked the angel who was speaking to me.
       He replied, "To the country of Babylonia to build a house for it. When it is ready, the basket will be set there in its place."

Freemasonry Revealed

       One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits on many waters. With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries."
       Then the angel carried me away in The Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns. The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. This title was written on her forehead:

                            MYSTERY
              BABYLON THE GREAT
       THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.
       When I saw her, I was greatly astonished. Then the angel said to me: "Why are you astonished? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides, which has the seven heads and ten horns. The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss and go to his destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because he once was, now is not, and yet will come.
       This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits. They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must remain for a little while. The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction.
       The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. They will make war against The Lamb, but The Lamb will overcome them because He is Lord of lords and King of kings--and with Him will be His called, chosen and faithful followers."
       Then the angel said to me, "The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages. The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire. For GOD has put it into their hearts to accomplish His purpose by agreeing to give the beast their power to rule, until GOD's words are fulfilled. The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth."

The Armor of GOD

       Finally, be strong in The Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of GOD so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of GOD, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of The Spirit, which is the word of GOD. And pray in The Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
       Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

The Son Superior to Angels

       In the past GOD spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of GOD's glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of The Majesty in heaven. So He became as much superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is superior to theirs.
       For to which of the angels did GOD ever say,

          "You are My Son;
              today I have become your Father"?

Or again,

       "I will be His Father,
          and He will be My Son"?

And again, when GOD brings His firstborn into the world, He says,

       "Let all GOD's angels worship Him."

In speaking of the angels He says,

       "He makes His angels winds,
          His servants flames of fire."

But about The Son He says,

       "Your throne, O GOD, will last for ever and ever,
          and righteousness will be the scepter of Your kingdom.
       You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
          therefore GOD, Your GOD, has set You above Your companions
          by anointing You with the oil of joy."

He also says,

       "In the beginning, O Lord, You laid the foundations of the earth,
          and the heavens are the work of Your hands.
       They will perish, but You remain;
          they will all wear out like a garment.
       You will roll them up like a robe;
          like a garment they will be changed.
       But You remain the same,
          and Your years will never end."

To which of the angels did GOD ever say,

          "Sit at My right hand
       until I make Your enemies
          a footstool for Your feet"?

Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

The Sons of GOD, the Nephilim and the Bloodlines of the Illuminati

       When men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of GOD saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then The Lord said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years."
       The Nephilim were on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of GOD went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
       The Lord saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The Lord was grieved that He had made man on the earth, and His heart was filled with pain. So The Lord said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth--men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air--for I am grieved that I have made them."

The Lord's Devastation of the Earth

       See, The Lord is going to lay waste the earth
          and devastate it;
       He will ruin its face
          and scatter its inhabitants--
       it will be the same
          for priest as for people,
          for master as for servant,
          for mistress as for maid,
          for seller as for buyer,
          for borrower as for lender,
          for debtor as for creditor,
       The earth will be completely laid waste
          and totally plundered.
                                          The Lord has spoken this word.

       The earth dries up and withers,
          the world languishes and withers,
          the exalted of the earth languish.
       The earth is defiled by its people;
          they have disobeyed the laws,
       violated the statues
          and broken the everlasting covenant.
       Therefore a curse consumes the earth;
          its people must bear their guilt.
       Therefore earth's inhabitants are burned up,
          and very few are left.
       The new wine dries up and the vine withers;
          all the merrymakers groan.
       The gaiety of the tambourines is stilled,
          the noise of the revelers has stopped,
          the joyful harp is silent.
       No longer do they drink wine with a song;
          the beer is bitter to its drinkers.
       The ruined city lies desolate;
          the entrance to every house is barred.
       In the streets they cry out for wine;
          all joy turns to gloom,
          all gaiety is banished from the earth.
       The city is left in ruins,
          its gate is battered to pieces.
       So will it be on the earth
          and among the nations,
       as when an olive tree is beaten,
          or as when gleanings are left after the grape harvest.

       They raise their voices, they shout for joy;
          from the west they acclaim The Lord's majesty.
       Therefore in the east give glory to The Lord;
          exalt the name of The Lord, The GOD of Israel,
          in the islands of the sea.
       From the ends of the earth we hear singing:
          "Glory to The Righteous One."

       But I said, "I waste away, I waste away!
          Woe to me!
       The treacherous betray!
          With treachery the treacherous betray!"
       Terror and pit and snare await you,
          O people of the earth.
       Whoever flees at the sound of terror
          will fall into a pit;
       whoever climbs out of the pit
          will be caught in a snare.

       The floodgates of the heavens are opened,
          the foundations of the earth shake.
       The earth is broken up,
          the earth is split asunder,
          the earth is thoroughly shaken.
       The earth reels like a drunkard,
          it sways like a hut in the wind;
       so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion
          that it falls--never to rise again.

       In that day The Lord will punish
          the powers in the heavens above
          and the kings on the earth below.
       They will be herded together
          like prisoners bound in a dungeon;
       they will be shut up in prison
          and be punished after many days.
       The moon will be abashed, the sun ashamed;
          for The Lord Almighty will reign
       on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem,
          and before its elders, gloriously.
